„Das kleine cottage war genau richtig für meinen Mann und mich. Es liegt so wundervoll in den grünen Hügeln von East Devon. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und gut mit allem ausgestattet. Eine ruhigere Lage ist kaum möglich. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Jurassic coast sind innerhalb von 30 - 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Fahren auf den 'single track' roads darf man nicht scheuen. Es geht oft nur durch Hecken.“

„Fantastic holiday, indoor spa pool was great with the kids. Views are 2nd to none, sat quietly in the evening listening to the water is relaxing. Location is central to all around and the train takes you everywhere you wouod eant to go. Only 5mins walk away. Highly recomended.“

„We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.“

„The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. “

„This is somewhere that is actually better in reality than in the pictures. The decor and level on maintenance is first class. The owner has clearly shown as much care on the apartment as she would on her own living space. Many fine, well thought out details reflect that care. „The property is very handily placed for the local shops,transport and for easy walking. Very quiet in the property which was very well appointed, clean and tidy. The hosts had made us very welcome with flowers, milk, and a cake and were very friendly and obliging when we actually met them. „This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite.
