„This was an easy stay - and the host was very helpful, answering questions that calmed the one in our group who doesn’t travel at all! The house is just a few blocks from downtown Evansville, which made it a great alternative to a hotel - a lot more space than a couple hotel rooms. „We were overjoyed to have found a place for our last minute trip, but there were a frw things that needed attention. Didn't realize there were only 2 tv's in entire home. Should have been one in each bedroom as well as living room area. The upstairs was uncomfortably hot especially in one of the bedrooms with the multiple beds. There is no air going to this room. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. He had snacks for us and told us we were welcome to anything in the fridge. The house in so huge with 4 bedrooms and couches that make beds. It was perfect for us. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of. Everything was provided and the property was very clean and comfortable. Great communication and we were able to check in a little early upon our arrival.
