The location was right on Ottertail Lake, with beautiful sunsets that I'm sure are even more lovely when it's not frozen. The home was well-appointed with wood-burning and gas fireplaces, comfortable couches and beds (some very low to the ground), and stylish furnishings. The large upstairs and smaller downstairs kitchens came in handy for making a big meal. And we enjoyed playing ...

„My family of six and I as well as our fur baby Frank spent an incredible five days at this property. The property is beautiful and the lake even more so. Situated just 13 minutes from anything you need in Alexandria, this lakefront property sits at the end of the road, which provides Seclusion and privacy. The garage provides plenty of recreational space and it is just a few short steps on flatland from the door to the dock. The fishing on the lake was also fantastic. Will definitely come back“

„Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! “

„This home is beautifully redone and made us feel welcome and relaxed immediately. It was sub zero weather and windy so the temp in the house areas fluctuated a bit! And just so you know if you go and use the fireplace, the damper handle us up inside The chimney not the knob on the outside part! I bet summers are wonderful here! “

„We rented this Vrbo for a family wedding at Carlos Creek Winery. It is less than a mile drive from the house which was great. We were able to bring our dogs (with the fee). There was enough room for (12) when we brought blow up mattresses. There was 4 bedrooms that can sleep 2 adults. There are two living rooms and two kitchens. The house was relatively clean, except the inside of the window sills were covered with an inch of dead bugs. We had a couple complaints: -the main floor oven doesn’t ...

"We booked online and the communication via Mail was fast and easy. We got the code for the room and figured out, that we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony towards the street. No traffic at night and all the guest from the bar downstairs behaved extremly well. No slamming cardoors or loud farewells. The rooms would need a little more attention, but they where clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. What surprises us was, that all glasses had "waterdrops" on it. Every owner of a dishwasher would ad some salt and rinse andwould never put glassses like that on the table. "
