The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and contains a queen-size bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bath/shower combination, and exits into the garden. The third bedroom is located across this shared bathroom and contains a king-size bed/twin bed conversion. Bedrooms 4 an 5 are located on the first floor and share a private tv lounge ideal for kids entertainment. The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed and the fifth bedroom a bunkbed fitting for adult usage as well. The shared bathroom at the tv lounge has a spacious shower and bath, and is available to guests of these two bedrooms. A 6th cottage room with big smart tv- ideal for au pairs or movie entertainment – with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, is located in the back garden. This room also doubles as a laundry area.
The open-plan living area includes an idyllic open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with fireplace, all connected to the large patio area. The patio features a built-in braai, and an under-cover al fresco dining table and comfy seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer combination, a gas hob and electric oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, an ice maker, and a separate scullery with dishwasher. Starter-pack cleaning consumables and toiletries are provided.
