The villa is meticulously maintained and is equipped with all the amenities you need whether you are staying for a week or a month. „The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. “

„The house was as beautiful as described. Great location too. Golf cart rode well. We used uber after dark rather than maneuver it at night. We were warned that we had to wash & dry sheets & towels. I would not choose to do that again. I prefer the cleaning company do all that. However it was stated b4 hand so that’s on me. The owners were terrific. FYI there is no coffee so bring some with you! The neighbors were friendly as well.“

„Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus ist prima, gross genug für zwei Familien. Es gibt viel zu erleben in der Umgebung, wie mit Manatees schnorcheln Crystal River, Kayaking im kristallklaren Wasser vom Silver Spring Park und vieles mehr. Alles hat prima geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert, vielen Dank Myriam.“

„Hosts Stacy & Troy were great. They made the booking process a breeze, responding quickly and sharing helpful tips & recommendations. They even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The home is very nice. Up-to-date, spotlessly clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The location is convenient to anything you'd want to access in The Villages and is particularly close to Sumter Landing. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again!“

„The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.“

„We enjoyed the house. In winter when we were there, the pool takes a long time to heat. The attached spa takes less time but if the days & esp. the nights are below 60 both take a while to heat. We did get a few days of pleasant swimming once the pool heated up. Check in was easy. House is well equipped. We loved visiting parks in the Ocala area so the house is well situated for that. We did find the beds & pillows could have been better but everyone has their own needs in that regard. All in ...

„From the time I booked this rental it was a very pleasant experience. Becky is a wonderful communicator, she reached out and sent me all the info we required and followed up with me to see if I had any questions or needed anything. The house is great. It is very clean and they have made it feel like home.beds were very comfy.Has activities in the yard for you to do and a nice gazebo.Location is great too, we just walked around the corner to the pool.“

„A great place to stay if you plan to visit Homosassa. The property was clean and easy to access with boat slips (additional fee) and a private boat ramp. This property is furnished well and a perfect home base for Scalloping or Fishing. Frans was a great communicator and answered quickly. We will definitely be back!“
