„We live on-island and had family in town so we booked this house on the water to accommodate everyone. This house was well-equipped for cooking insofar as cooking utensils. Be sure to bring your own necessities, like oil, salt, and sugar. It was very comfortable—beds and bedding—and there were climate controls in each room. You’ll want to buy some firewood in town for the crazy wood stove. Very clean. Amazing views. Great showers. We would stay here again. “

„From the beautiful 38' yacht, to the restored netshed and the ambience of the harbor - I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially if you are a boating enthusiast. Access to the walkable waterfront, great restaurants, shopping is convenient and you may even be visited by otters or harbor seals while on the yacht. I will be back! “

„I crave the water but live in the desert. Renting the Shamrockin for a water experience was an excellent decision. The location is 10/10! Shops and restaurants are just steps away from the private dock and yet the location remains calm, quiet and restorative. You can walk everywhere with ease. The boat is charming and cozy with a lot of personality. The bedding is comfortable and all rooms have a small but efficient electric heater. October can be wet and cold in Gig Harbor. „If you’re looking for nature, this is the place. You can literally walk out the door and be on a hiking trail. The hosts were communicative throughout our stay. We were surprised by a number of unexpected treats, including continental breakfast, wine, cheese, bread and sweets. It was a nice surprise! The hosts are upstairs, but they're really quiet. „The drive way was surprisingly challenging to get out of because of the limited view of north bound traffic. Thankfully 101 was not busy. Be ready for steps and a workout to unload your belongings. There are 2 good sized spots to park and the stairs are not steep. The house has windows across the front that made the stay a blessing. „We really enjoyed our stay here and were so glad we found it after our first accommodations fell through due to fraudulent listing. I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email. That process made me nervous and kept me awake at night even though it all seemed to turn out fine. “

„We loved the quirkiness of this place, the open floor-plan of the main floor & The fact that the hang out area was all in one level. The kitchen was well equipped to feed over 30 of us, with gigantic salad, bowls, and large pots and pans. We also really appreciated the three refrigerators! The kitchen could use another coffee maker, but we brought our own so it was no big deal. „We love the quiet and peacefulness of the location as well as being able to get to great view very easily for eating out if we wanted. We walked around the lake every day as well as paddleboard and kayak every day. The guys fished and spent hours on the lake, it was very relaxing And peaceful as could be “

Großes Motel mit kleinem Pool direkt an der Autoba

"Das Motel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Autobahn. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige Schnellrestaurants und einen Walmart Superstore. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett. Aufgrund meiner sehr feühen Abreise am nächsten Tag war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Daher wurde mir angeboten den Schlüssel einfach im Zimmer zu lassen. Mein Zimmer war groß, aber schon relativ abgewohnt. Von Außen sieht das Motel alt und nicht einladend aus. In dem zweistöckigen Gebäude hatte ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wenn sich die Leute im Zimmer über mir bewegt haben, habe ich jeden Schritt gehört."
