Hi,
unfortunately, there were a few points that affected our stay, and I would like to address them.
Shortly after our arrival, we noticed that some restaurants and food stations – such as the döner and smoothie stands – were closed during our stay. This occurred without prior notice, neither in the hotel app nor through your staff. An early announcement of limited service times would have helped us better plan our meals and refreshments.
In addition, I got attacked by a huge dog in the late afternoon obviously without any owner - was very surprised that this could happen in a 5* hotel and that there was at 5 in the afternoon no guard or so from the hotel watching the beach.
Overall I‘m therefore disappointed especially that so many of the hotel‘s offers, including in our last few days all (!!!) beach bars were closed.
What comes on top is the fact that the liquids they they had in original Aperol and Campari bottles were definitely no original Campari or Aperols, but cheap copies ! This is clearly fraud in the EU and I thing of providing this information to Campari SPA, as I‘m closely related to the company that owns also the Aperol brand ….
I‘m curious on what you think about this and if we get back of our price, which I think is applicable.
