„We loved the cottage and our stay! The view was amazing! We went into Outer banks 2 times and the near by refuge as well. It’s definitely a rural property so shops and restaurants were a bit of a drive but we had everything we need to cook and grill. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Johanna and Trip were quick to communicate with us and help answer questions. Our kiddos did not want to leave at the end of the stay! “

The bikes are an amazing touch, rode through town and out to the Hayes Plantation. „The location of this property was ideal for easy access to the town & all it has to offer. Also, this neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. No noisy traffic or neighbors. The house suited our needs in every way. The only negative was the squeaky bed in the king bedroom. The host was most gracious & attentive to all my requests. We’ve stayed here before & probably would again if he could fix that bed. “
