This 2Br/2Ba park model is located in the laidback established community of Enchanted Valley RV resortThis dog friendly (w/pet deposit) home sits near the far end of the community with neighbors only on one side and has a beautiful spacious covered deck with gates at both sides of the deck and has spectacular year around views. This 2B/2B home has 2 queen size bedrooms with beautiful custom barn doors that separate the bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms one that has a shower/tub and the other is equipped with a shower only. The ample kitchen has full size appliances, a kitchen table and is open to the family room. The family room has sectional couch & upon request an air-matress just et us know in advance. The house has wifi and is equipped with 3 smart tvs. Enchanted Valley is nestled up to the Hiawassee River with an entrance point, a seasonal pool, pond, pavilion, and children's park. Our location is only 20 miles away from Helen, GA and 10 minutes away from the Ga Mt. Fairgrounds. Perfect location for hiking, waterfalls, nature trails, mountain biking, antiquing, craft shows, swimming at Lake Chatuge, festivals,concerts at the Anderson Music Hall, festivals and so much more. Want to bring your pet(s) along? No problem. With a nightly or weekly fee you can bring them along. All we ask is that you have them on leash, pick up after your pets and to keep them on the common grounds of the resort including the big field that sits along the side of the property. We also have a small fenced in area right off of the patio which is a great for a quick morning break for your dog. Come and visit us and all that our beautiful are has to offer. Cozy park model with lots of neat touched

The rental is a single wide park model with an added bathroom and bedroom (no closet in the second bedroom though). The owners are super responsive to all needs and questions. The inside of the park model has been upgraded to look like a cabin with lots of nice finishes. Lots of different lights to meet your needs - reading, watching tv or just chillin. Nice quiet location in an owner occupied, very nicely maintained mobile home park. The second bedroom can only be accessed through the main bedroom or an outside door.

Birthday Weekend

This is our second time staying in this little community. It is a nice and quiet place to hide away and relax. Being on the end you have plenty of privace and a straight shot out. Very roomy and is equipt with anything you could need! Its a short drive to Helen or to Hiwassee. Will book again in the future!!!!

Gem in the Mountains

Great place to stay! Quiet community with very friendly neighbors with a gas station at the entrance and a swimming pool for the kids with access to the creek. Short drive into Helen, Ga and Hiawassee, Ga for fun actives and lunch or dinner . This property had a great covered porch for outdoor lunch or dinner or playing games. Property managers were great and friendly and made check in easy. Will definitely stay again!

A little slice of Heaven

Wow! It’s hard to describe the wonderful time we had in Hiawasee. The home on the corner was so nice. We spent as much time as we could on the porch or sitting on the bench in the shading watching the hummingbirds and enjoying the gentle breeze even in August. It has to be the quietest rental we’ve experienced. It helped us to stop and slow down.

The location was perfect, not far at all from Hiawassee proper but far enough that you were out in country, and it was quiet. Really enjoyed having the fenced front porch so that we could have our dogs loose. There were rockers and nice large table and ceiling fans on porch so we spent most of our time outdoors. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms clean and stocked. We had a nice big open field right next to us so made it easy to take dogs right off porch and onto a field. Everyone very friendly and really nice for walking. Would stay again for sure.

Best Stay Ever

This was the most perfect property! It was so unique and cozy! The hosts ensured that we had absolutely everything we could need or want! The property was so clean and well stocked. We loved the corner lot with the beautiful field beside it. The location is absolutely perfect and so very beautiful! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the property, the hosts, or the stay! We loved it and will definitely be back!
