Immerse yourself in farm life by visiting our friendly animals, including cows, sheep, mini-donkeys, and mini-goats. Gather around the community fire pit for stargazing like you've never seen before, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the countryside.
Come and enjoy a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. What an experience to walk around and see the pond, feed the mini-donkeys and relax in a hammock or play a round of horse shoes! Vacation Your Way created Tiny Town to provide quick get-a-ways (estimated 1.5 hour drive) from DFW and other big cities around Texas so y’all can enjoy the ranch life at our unique vacation rentals. Ask us about our second Tiny Town that is a lake experience in Eastland, TX–Lake Eastland! There is always some small project construction going on because it's a working ranch with cool farm animals to see and feed!
If you are traveling with extended family or friends, please contact your host so that we can book your groups nearby each other. It's the perfect way to travel with others, you each have your own private space but your guests are nearby. Tiny homes and cabins are spread apart on our many acres.
Next door is our Rockin' RV Park and Horse Motel--so bring your RV friends to enjoy our great hook-ups and RV amenities. Search for Rockin' K RV park to book. The Horse Motel is an amenity for Tiny Town too- if you bring a horse- let your host know to book the horse stall area, too!
Explore the historic town of Hico, just minutes away, where you can browse cool shops, enjoy a steak at the Chop House, or delve into history at the Billy the Kid Museum (we highly recommend it!). The new HiCO hall is the premiere wedding and concert venue in the area. For more family fun, nearby attractions like Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and Dinosaur World are perfect for a day trip.

The Regulators Bunk House Tiny Home 6
We recommend you visit the Billy the Kid Museum in downtown Hico to learn more about Billy the Kid's gang named The Regulators!
We think they spent time at our bunk house when they were hiding from Sheriff William Brady!
Sleeping:
Loft has 2 twin beds and some fun kid's themed games!
Downstairs has 2-twin bunk bed in hallway (bunk house!) and a
Downstairs bedroom with a queen and tv hooked up to a DVD player with some fun DVDs provided.
Lovely little bathroom
Beautiful kitchen (with utensils, dishes, pans for light cooking) and cool western dining table and stools!
More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize (laundry) the beautiful space so you can escape the city and truly enjoy the fresh open air of the ranch!
Some Reminders about TINY HOME 6:
There is no WiFi at this time. If you bring a hotspot it may work. This area is rural and WiFi is spotty.
PARKING: Please review the map of Tiny Town in the pictures. The Tiny Home 6 parking is at end of the driveway at parking sign. Then you have a short walk (follow the gravel pathway) to the Tiny Home. You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining) Expect typical plants and insects as this is a ranch. It may be a muddy walk due to weather.
Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets.

-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
