„Decided to combine Valentine’s and a birthday which could include the family. The heated pool was perfect during the day. It did cool off rather quickly at night. All rooms had their own bathroom and their own tv… which is ideal. The boys played video games and everyone had their own space. We tripped a breaker with a toaster and the owner responded immediately. No other issues. The house is great. The driveway is a bit steep but didn’t affect our stay. Will definitely book again. „We needed a place to host our huge family Thanksgiving, and this house did not disappoint. We didn’t have the weather we wanted, but that didn’t stop some of us from using the stand up paddle boards and kayak that are provided. We even brought fishing poles and caught some fish off the dock and from the kayak. It’s a great location on the upper arm of the Colorado. Very quiet and super chill. We had the pool heated, so even in the chilly December mornings and evenings everyone was able to enjoy the pool. And the house had more than enough room for the 26 of us! The host was quickly responsive to any questions. Everyone had a wonderful time, and it is definitely a trip that will be remembered! “

„Perfect lake house!“

„This is our fifth stay at Summer Breeze. The house is older but comfortable, very well maintained and very clean. There have been some updates such as new countertops and new dishwasher and oven. The kids love the game room and can occupy themselves with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a large TV. The outdoor space has a beautiful swimming pool and huge built-in hot tub. There’s plenty of room to relax with outdoor chairs and a covered porch with tables for eating and games. The boat ...

„We rented the place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It has a beautiful lake view. The place was very welcoming. It was clean and stacked with toiletries and kitchen utensils and appliances. There was big tv and music system. The only sad part was that we could not make Overall it was a beautiful house and we enjoyed every bit of time that we spent there and made some beautiful memories.“

„This house has the most gorgeous pool set up! The infinity pool makes you feel like you're floating on the edge of the lake. The living area is spacious, with plenty of TVs and games (pool table, card table, shuffleboard, board games) to keep everyone occupied.
