„The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom“

„We had a great time in this wonderful villa. Everything was as described, uncomplicated and everybody was helpful. We informed the Service Company once, because of a minor problem and they reacted immediately. And the trash bins were placed at the street and we did not find out who really supported us! Our plan was to do sightseeing and playing golf. All worked well and we found a nice and reasonably priced golf course close by. The Willowbrook Golf Course is absolutely recommendable. Just for ...

„Very beautiful home. We stayed to be safe from Hurricane Milton. They were very accommodating with adding extra days. Only complaint was that we came to the with the trash cans extremely full and they said they would send someone to pick it up. While they communicated with me very fast, the trash didnt get picked up after the storm, thankfully it didn't get tossed around. But, honestly i would definitely rent from them again as they keep up their properties with pretty much anything you need. “

„The 5th time renting at Southern Dunes but this house couldn't compare to the others. Fantastic locations however the Beds and furniture not at all comfortable. Had to hunt for towels and wash clothes - which also should be replaced.“

„This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again. “
