This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

This one-of-a-kind 1940s house has been kept in the extended family since the original build, growing in size as the family did. After being passed down through the family, it is now owned by the 3rd generation. Renovations have been made to modernize and update the home to provide the ultimate retreat that's comfortable, yet still maintains that 1940's charm.

The house has plenty of sleeping accommodations for large families or families traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, one with a king and one with a queen, each with their own ensuite.  On the lower level is a mini eat-in-kitchen, a new game room, a queen bed and a bathroom.  On the upper level is a very large bedroom with 4 twin beds, great for all the kids, with it's own ensuite and dressing area. Another king bedroom and queen bedroom and two more bathrooms complete the upstairs area. Each bedroom has its own TV, including 5 smart TVs, and a private bathroom in each. The house will comfortably accommodate all of your guests and the kitchen is fully stocked for creating memorable family gatherings and new holiday traditions! With two separate interior living spaces, one group can sit by the fire while the other enjoys a movie on the smart TV. In addition to the interior fireplace, the porch has a propane fire feature surrounded by 4 comfortable chairs. If you venture into the yard, you’ll find the fire pit, perfect for making s’mores. The porch also has a propane grill and a Traeger for outdoor cooking and dining al fresco.

While tucked away on its own private 2 acres on country club grounds, the home is almost walking distance to downtown.  This house is perfect for large family gatherings, weddings, work trips, couples trips, or just a private getaway.

Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
