„Everything was great other than a couple of things. Ceiling fan made periodic noise in master bedroom. While trying to keep the first floor warm the second floor got too warm. Dual zones would help. My sister and brother in law said the bed they slept in sagged in the middle. Everything else was excellent.“

„The house was big with lots of beds and open kitchen for family time. The donkeys and sheep were fun to feed for the kids. The pool was nice and clean with lots of sun for tanning. Close to downtown Fredericksburg and only 10 minute drive.Thank You for a great 2 nights. We enjoyed it“

„Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who ...
