Die frisch renovierte Nichtraucher-Villa verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem brandneuen Queensize-Bett und einem angrenzenden Bad. In den Flur sind zwei Etagenbetten eingebaut (kann die Tür schließen, um das Wohnzimmer zu trennen). Wohnzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett, 55 "-Flatscreen-HDTV und kostenlosem WLAN für die Regentage. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd und Kühlschrank, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Esstisch bietet Platz für drei.
Dies ist eine Einheit im 1. Stock, nur wenige Schritte vom Parkplatz und nur 8 Schritte von der Einheit entfernt. Sie sind nur 100 Meter vom Strand oder Pool entfernt.

I love this place!
This is my second trip to this location and I want to book it for next year! The condo is clean and has all the necessities. The owners are always easy to reach. The beach, pool, restaurant, tennis court, and bike rentals are all on the property. Perfect for a small family or couples vacation.

Clean and safe place to stay
Our family had a great time and would definitely recommend! The unit was a little small for our family of 4, but it served its purpose and had everything we needed for the week we were there! The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. We loved the activities at the pool each day and the restaurant at the pool to get a quick bite to eat. It was just steps from the beach, and in a convenient location for shopping and other restaurants. Would definitely go back ☺️

I’ll start off by saying I’ve never left a negative review on a property with VRBO or the other place. We’ve stayed at this complex many times and we’ve always had a great experience. Upon check in, we noticed a strange smell. Checked the AC filter in the hallway and it was way past due for change. That was changed very quickly by the AC company. The air filter cover is dirty, rusty, and bent. Needs replaced. We still noticed the smell and our kids kept sneezing. We thought this was allergies. Upon further investigation, we noticed some spots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the sliding door curtain in the living room. This is a problem and obvious health concern. Sliding door does not close properly. Scuffs on the walls. The floor was dirty upon arrival. I communicated these things with the owner and very quickly they apologized but apologies do not mean much unless followed by a solution. They asked me what they could do to fix and I suggested some sort of refund to find a new property since this one was a health concern. They offered and gave a 25% refund which wouldn’t even cover one night for a new unit. Our week with our kids was just a big disappointment. Again, the location and complex has always been great. Do not recommend this unit.

Spring Break Trip
Overall a great stay. Space is a little tight with 2 adults and 2 teenagers but we made it work. Nice location with great easy acces to the beach. Beach bar was nice and convenient. Enjoyed the pickelball courts everday.

Location! Location!
This is a great spot. We came for my son's 13th birthday. We enjoyed all the amenities. The on site restaurant was convenient. The pool was large, clean and had great atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening on the beach. The boardwalk was a short distance from the condo. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all nearby! On site tennis and bike rentals plus a mini golf course at the end of the street. The owners are easy to reach. The condo was everything we needed for a short wrekend getaway. I would definitely love to return.

1st time to Hilton Head
Location is great. Nice big pool, convenient boardwalk to beach and 3 restaurants on site. Area is safe and relaxing with lots of activities available. Only problem is the bed, it’s time to replace box springs and mattress, it is worn out. We left early because we were both done with the bed.

Very up to date condo
My family has stayed at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort probably about 15 times. We love that resort. It has great beach access, gym, great pool area, things to do at night, the tiki bar, restaurants, playground. So we just love it. This particular condo looked like they had just done a lot of work on it. It looked very update to date with the flooring, countertops, and applicances. We would definitely use this condo again.

Summer Girls Trip
This was my Granddaughters first summer trip with just the girls! She loved the room. She loved having the pool and beach in the same place without a car ride! We enjoyed our visit! The only problems we had was the door lock. We discovered the door wasn’t locking. When we inquired with the property owner we were told that the lock should remain horizontal to lock?!!! Well, that was not the case. The lock actually had to be diagonal to lock. And one of the blankets smelled of vomit. Otherwise a great experience!

The property manager was always just a VRBO message away! She answered my questions promptly and kindly. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. No ocean views but it was priced right for that, and it was an easy walk to the beach or big pool.
