Amazing Oceanfront Views-Top Floor Corner Villa with Direct Access to the Beach!

It’s always 5 O’clock at this Hilton Head Island beachside villa! Brand new kitchen and appliances January 2024!

This uniquely designed oceanfront property located at 372 Seaside Villas is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. The top-floor corner villa offers a prime location just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as direct access to the beach. The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room.
There is no smoking inside nor on the balcony ( A fine will be enforced) and there are no pets allowed in the condo due to allergies ($500 per day fine with no exceptions). Seaside Villas is a pet free complex.

Paradise
I visit Hilton Head 3 or 4 times a year but this is my first time in this unit. It is absolutely paradise to have direct oceanfront, end unit. Very quiet and absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate unit, all up-to-date appliances. Wonderful host w coffee, grooming supply package for those of us who fly-this is a real treat. I absolutely loved everything about this unit & such a kind host who stayed in contact before & touched base to make sure everything was satisfactory. I cannot wait to return to this unit. Also having a grocery & plenty of restaurant & snack places—you never need a car.

Great Trip
We went to Hilton Head SC for our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Had never been there before. Great location, we were with in walking of everything we wanted to do. Close to Coligny Plaza, about a 15 minute walk. So much to do there. Our host Cathy was Great. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo. Cathy has decorated so lovely. She has all the little things ready for you. The balcony was awesome, we spent every morning sipping coffee and every night sipping cocktails. Don’t forget the deer that snuck around in the thicket. Beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely awesome!
My husband and I have been staying at sea side villas for the past 15 years, usually twice a year. This is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with Cathy was great. The view….awesome! The unit was clean and set up very well. And there were plenty of extras of everything you need for the stay. We plan to stay here every time we come!

Amazing beach getaway
Cathy's property is wonderful! Top floor, corner unit set right on the beach. Very clean and beautifully remodeled. Held a family of 4 comfortably. Loved having beach chairs, a cabana and toys for the kids to use provided by the property.

The view from the porch is outstanding. This little slice of heaven is worth every penny. Everything is updated and high end appliances and updated bathroom and kitchen. Cathy is the most amazing host, in constant communication answering every question. Cathy has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. Perfect Beach Getaway
This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint! The condo was just as advertised. We have stayed in a number of different condos at different beaches and this was by far one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Cathy did a great job stocking it with everything that is needed for a comfortable, relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beach and the island. So many restaurants to choose from! Looking forward to visiting HH in the future. Want to add that Cathy was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks Cathy for making our first visit to the island a memorable one!

Amazing Anniversary Celebration
We came to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more. Everything was wonderful! We walked the beach every morning and were lucky enough to see several dolphins, starfish, sand dollars and several other sea creatures. Restaurants and shops were all very close and conveniently located, and there were so many activities to do. We loved the Lowcountry Mini Boat Tour, Watusi Cafe for breakfast, Fish Camp on Broad Creek and Carolina Crab Company for dinner. We will absolutely be back!
