For fast readers: we had a great time in this fantastic condo, highly recommend and a real pearl in this condo complex Long Version :-) We decided last minute to have an extended weekend out of town and on the beach. Since we travel with our kid a kitchen is important to have. I was checking multiple areas, complexes and hotels and and and. Then the Hilton Head Ressort came to mind, we stood there a couple of times in the last years in other condos that were ok. I found Molly’s condo by swiping trough the different listings and we said this it! Why? Because the condo looked renovated and well equipped. We booked, and got immediate confirmation back. When we arrived we knew where to go. The condo is on the top floor, and the last/first condo on the floor - no slamming fire doors or elevators near you - perfect. As soon as you enter the condo you can feel it - the owners goal is that the guests have a great time. We traveled a lot around the world , and this feeling is unique when it comes to your mind. The condo was spectacular clean! There are little signs on every cabinet door so that you don’t have to guess what’s behind the door and spend senseless minutes for searching things. All the details - awesome! The condo is in the complex with an indoor pool. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely return. Thank you for being such a great host Molly.

Great Getaway
Great location, awesome space, very well stocked, awesome facilities, and a short walk to a very clean beach. My family makes regular trips to HHI, and have stayed on many properties all over the island. We absolutely recommend this place, as it has ample space, is well stocked with necessities, has an indoor heated pool (very important with kids on not so good beach days), and has a lockable storage area with all the beach items you could want or need (very important with kids on good beach days). Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay, and communication with host was spot on and prompt. Thank you Mollygans for a great stay! PS - to my fellow acrophobics, take a deep breath and look forward, you’ll be fine!

Hilton Head Resort really has it all! There were endless things for the kids to do. The condo was well equipped, but cramped. It is filled with beachy decor many people will love, but I found it to be overkill. Property manager was fantastic to work with,

Everything you need for a quick get-away
This condo is great! As a mom of five, I'm used to packing the kitchen sink for every little get-away. You don't need it for this place! Need a beach cooler? They have it. Need a wagon or a chair? They have it. Need a waterproof case to hold your phone? They have it. Before you pack, check with the hosts. They probably have it! The host has a true gift of hospitality and the condo is too cute.The walk to the beach isn't bad, but I loved the option of the shuttle. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

Perfect piece of beach happiness
This place has EVERYTHING beaides food and clothes you need to enjoy HHI, and it is all labellled so great. Close to beach, stores, fun activites. The amenities are great. The beds are so comfortable. Communication was fast and clear with instructions. So great will stay again.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a great vacation at Hilton Head in this condo unit. Great location with direct beach access, and easy to get to anywhere. Really love how the unit includes many items for the beach to use, as well as inside. We've stayed at a few VRBO locations, and our previous experiences didn't include many little things you will find here. For example, basic staples like coffee filters for the machine, condiments/ spices, ice packs, etc. If we return to Hilton Head, we will definitely consider this rental again !

Everything you can imagine!
Mollygan's is by far one if the best rentals on HHI. Adorable, convenient, kid-friendly, affordable. So much to see and do for all ages. We enjoyed all the amenities and everything the the condo unit, facility, resort, and area has to offer. No one wanted to leave.

Enjoyable stay
This was our first time using VRBO and the process went smoothly. Great communication from the property owner. Super cute space decorated nicely and had all the amenities we needed and most that we wanted. Pros-everything we needed to make meals (obviously except the actual food), games, books, spices, toiletries, beach gear. Coffee maker with k cups. Great proximity to all the indoor pools, exercise room, laundry. Cons-would like to have more dishwasher tabs. Only 3 provided and for a family of 5 staying 6 nights, I would have liked to run the dishwasher more often. Also, only 1 dishcloth was provided and a couple more would have been nice. The master bed is not super comfortable and was encased in a noisy waterproof cover. After removing that, it was much quieter :-) The only other thing I would suggest is updating the large beach umbrella as it is kind of rusty and the straps are broken. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent Mollygans again.

Thoughtfully appointed condo
We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. They have everything you need during your stay. This is the best condo we have stayed. Wagon and beach chairs were so convenient. We had a question during our week and Mike responded quickly. The beach vibe is so cute and all furniture is very comfortable. The easy walk to the beach is a beautiful view. Restaurants and shops are so close by. Our family enjoyed our week. We hope to be back again.

Home away from home
This villa was everything it said it would be and more! We felt so at home, with children from 13-2 we all had space to spread out, and space to come together, it was fully stocked with everything you love having at home but don’t pack for vacation. The building has a hot tub, pool, and kiddie pool that we all enjoyed, and just a short walk to the beach and we got to find all kinds of wildlife on the way. This truly was home away from home and we would recommend to anyone looking to visit the island!

The condo was decorated so cute. Access to beach was super close, a little walk but so worth it. They had everything you would need for the beach. My family had so much fun there and loved staying there. Very clean and the staff we did see were very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts had thought of EVERYTHING (even games in the closet to play on a rainy day). There were cute labels on the drawers and cabinets. The location was great on the island and convenient to Shelter Cove. The pools on the property were clean and the pool restaurant was delicious. The boardwalk to the beach over the marsh was picturesque. Really cant say enough good stuff about this place! Needed to contact host once and he was very helpful and responsive. Cant wait to head back.

The property is ok. Building 3 needs a little work done inside. I wish there were more signs to show where things are. A lot of people were lost on their first day. The boardwalk is a bit long, there are times when the shuttle does not run. I'm an early riser...it doesn't run early. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed and more. The furniture was comfortable. I even thought the bed was comfy...and I'm picky! The unit was nice and clean and smelled nice also. Communication with with the unit owner was great.

First Time to HHI
We visited Hilton Head for the first time and stayed at Mollygans. The condo looked just like the pics-super cute and "beachy"! It was clean and extremely well-stocked with every cabinet, draw etc... labeled which made finding stuff so easy! Mike was super helpful and kind. The mid-island location was very convenient (easy driving) to all the places we visited including Pirate mini golf, Guiseppi's pizza, Coligny plaza and Coligny Beach, Salty Dog Cafe, and Harbor Town for a sunset dolphin cruise! The boardwalk from the property to the beach is an easy walk and Coco's at the end of it looks fun, but we ran out of time to grab a bite to eat there. We also didn't get the chance to rent bikes but saw lots of people riding on the trails all around HHI. Oh, and having the beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc...) accessible for us was sooooo appreciated! Thank you, Mollygans! You really thought of everything!
