✓ 1 dog under 60 pounds is welcome with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ A 13' x 24' private pool. Safety equipment for the pool is not included.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October
