This amazing penthouse condo at Mariner's Way is centrally located amidst all of the fun and the sun in Hilton Head, allowing you to enjoy all of the great amenities that come with being in the heart of Harbour Town. Steps away from ships and shops, Harbour Town Lighthouse and Harbour Town Golf Links. From Harbour Town, you can hop aboard the trolley to Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines Center, Lawton Stables, and South Beach. The beach is a short bike ride away. You'll also enjoy access to the Harbour Town Pool. Watersports rentals and boat rentals are also available nearby.

You will love the condo's fully updated interior and water views of the Calibogue Sound from all rooms. The sun-filled living area offers ample seating, a smart TV, and private balcony access. The deluxe stainless steel kitchen equipped with gleaming countertops and updated appliances is well-appointed for home cooking. For your complete convenience, a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning come with the stay.

Great remodeled unit
We loved the newly remodeled unit, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. What was painful was trying to find a parking space. We'd have to circle around the parking lots or wait for at least 10 minutes before we could find a spot. The key lock to check in to the unit was slightly problematic in that the instructions didn't quite work (different type of lock used). There were also a few items missing upon check-in such as bath soap and linens for the sofa bed. The balcony had a big wasp nest with tons of wasps, so we didn't dare to sit out in the balcony. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would consider coming back during less busy times when parking would be better.

Beautiful Accommodation in a Fabulous Location
This property has obviously been recently modernized. The unit is very comfortable and located right in the heart of Harbor Town, a short walk from the lighthouse. The unit is comfortably furnished and is very conveniently located near tennis, golf and all of the other famous Sea Pines amenities. You can’t go wrong by renting this property.

Ideal location
Perfect location for anyone wanting to experience harbor point! The condo is just steps from restaurants, shopping, the harbor, and playground. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities of home. The property manager was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting HHI!

The Best Condo!
We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is so clean and comfortable. We loved taking the trolley which was right next to the condo. We also enjoyed walking to grab coffee, dinner and listen to music in the evenings. Such a great location! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful place to stay!
This is our second time staying in this rental because we enjoyed it so much last summer! It’s roomy and clean, and the host is so easy to work with. We have young kids so it was wonderful to walk right downstairs to dinner or the playground, and the trolley to the beach wasn’t bad at all as long as we kept an eye on the live map from our phones and timed it well. The trolley stops at Sea Pines Beach Club, and they have everything you need for a great experience getting on and off the beach (showers, family changing area, a market to grab snacks and ice cream, and more!) We’ll definitely be staying again!

Harbor Town is a great location especially if you have kids. Unit is right next to the huge playground. Only a few designated parking spots, but after 5pm or so it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Great amenities. Great vacation.
We loved our stay here. The location is convenient to all the things Sea Pines has to offer. Walk or bike to the pool. Restaurants, ice cream, shops, the playground, Harbor Town Peir, and the lighthouse are all walking distance. The condo offers great amenities, our only need was more beach towels (provided with 2) as we didn’t think to bring our own since towels were provided. The kitchen is well stocked. The in unit laundry was a huge help with beach/pool trips. Suzanna was amazing to work with. Super responsive to texts and the check in and check out process was a breeze. We’ll be back again for sure.

A great location, layout and responsive property manager!
My family of 5 (including a 7 year old, 5 year old and 2 year old) absolutely loved our stay this past week! The condo was beautiful and thoughtfully styled. Beautiful space and location!
This space was so beautiful and clean, we loved being able to walk down to grab dinner or ice cream, and we were able to take our little ones (3 and 1) to the playground as often as they wanted. The pool was just a short walk away, and the trolley to the beach was seamless. This space was perfect for our family to spread out and wind down after long days outside! Can’t recommend this place enough!

You will not be disappointed staying here. This was our 4th time at Sea Pines and this was by far our favorite spot. The condo was beautiful and clean and the location was fantastic. Perfect spot!!
This is an amazing property for a vacation to Harbour Town and Hilton Head. The property sits above shops and the large playground just steps away. If that scares you, we had little ones that we were putting down for bed between 9p-10p and never heard any noise and traffic in our rooms. We will be staying here for many vacations to come!!

Wonderful stay in Harbortown
The condo was decorated very well & provided a warm, welcoming feeling. The unit was very clean & many necessities were provided (soap, toilet paper, etc) which was helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk or bike to practically everything that we enjoy. I could see how parking might be an issue for some but staying off season & knowing what time of day to keep the car in its spot helped. We will hopefully be back to stay here again soon!

Great vacation location for a family.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property was in an excellent location for our multi-generational family. It is well maintained, updated, and has all necessary amenities. With restaurants, shops, and a playground just below, there is no need to use your car unless you want to venture out. The property manager Suzanna is excellent and easily accessible. She was so responsive and made our trip more enjoyable because of her useful tips! All I had to do is say her name at her recommended bicycle shop for rentals and I was able to bikes without a reservation. We all had an excellent vacation!

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location!
This is a beautiful condo in a great location! The condo itself is located right next to a huge and fantastic playground, as well as a plethora of shopping and dining options (and I think charter boat options? We saw a sign but we ended up taking a dolphin tour from a different marina.) For those new to the Seapines/Harbour Town side of the island (as we were), there is a red trolley that provides transportation to other shopping and dining, a pool, the beach, and a golf course. We also rented bicycles, which were very affordable, and a wonderful way to get around Seapines, as it has FANTASTIC bike trails. Although we drove this time, we plan on flying next time because there was no need for a car. Parking is also very tight in this location, but again, you really don't need a car. We have stayed at many VRBOs, and always had a pleasant experience, but Suzanna is hands down the best host we have ever worked with. Prior to our arrival, she called us to discuss activities we wanted to do and offer recommendations. We waited until the last minute to reserve bikes, and they were listed as sold out online, but she had a personal contact at a shop and we were able to get our bikes! The one unusual thing about our trip, which may have been due to COVID-19: It was hard to get services on Saturdays. Instacart would not deliver groceries (it was about 6 p.m. when we tried to place the order), and my husband had a nightmare of a time trying to secure an Uber/Lyft/taxi to the airport despite the fact we had used Uber in the middle of the week with no issues at all. (Suzanna, of course, came through with a taxi recommendation, and my husband made it to the airport on time!) These are things that can be planned around, but just throwing it out there for others. If you ARE flying in, you may want to pre-arrange a car service if it's a Saturday. We had a magical week and will be back!

Lovely condo, perfect for a family with kids
We had a wonderful time staying at Mariner’s Way. Suzanna was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The condo was clean, designed beautifully, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed as a family of five. We were within walking distance of everything we could want, including the Lighthouse museum, Harbour Town Bakery & Cafe, and a playground that our kids loved. The pool pass to the nearby pool was such a great feature~ our kids could swim there for hours. We can’t say enough great things about our experience! We will definitely be back.
