Private Entrance and close to the Elevator is the location for this Top Floor Villa with great views of the ocean from the balcony. There is a private bedroom with a Queen Bed and a built-in bunk bed in common area of bedroom which is perfect for children and a sleeper sofa. Quick 1 minute walk to beach and largest beach pool on Hilton Head. The elevator is close by for easy access. The villa is nice and clean with tile throughout. . Updated kitchen with white cabinets, island bar, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher, This vacation villa has everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen and bed & bath linens included. Ride bikes on the beach or on the miles of bike trails around Hilton Head Island.
This Ocean Villa offer quick access to beach, pools, beach bar, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. You are only 1 minute to beach and the largest freshwater pool on island including children's; pool.
The resort has a beach/pool bar and cafe and 2 other restaurants at the resort. There are wide beaches, 8 lighted tennis and 6 pickleball courts, and conference center. The Resort is ideal for a destination wedding or family reunion. Come and stay on Hilton Head Island and you will discover why it is a top vacation destination.

Perfect!
The location is top tier! The unit is very clean and close to the beach. We could walk to the beach and never had to load up the car. Bike rental, restaurants and an ice cream shop were on the property!

Stunning!
The property was close to the beach which was our number one want. But it was also clean and very cute. Communication was great and all questions got answered immediately. The sports bar and grill on site was amazing. We will absolutely be back!

Thank you for offering your villa. We had a lovely stay! We loved that this unit was on the end and it had ocean view. Our only recommendation would be a shade over the bed to block lighting. For our preferences, we will be looking for are larger space and king bed. Thank you!

Cute, clean and convenient
My mother and I stayed for a good weekend and we loved this cute, clean and convenient spot! The condo was just as pictured, we had an end spot close to the elevator and parking spot (which we could see from the balcony). It’s a short walk to the beach and the host was wonderful with a quick & friendly response to all our questions! We had a great time & overall, no complaints!

The condo was in a great community! We loved the pool and beach access. Having the restaurants on property was very nice. We think the couch and chair in the tv area should be updated along with the bed. One nice touch would be black out curtains in the bedroom and blinds in the entry way for the people sleeping in the bunk beds. Since our toddler slept in the bunk beds, it would have been more secure to have a door lock out of their reach. Overall, we were very happy and would stay here again.

Quick trip
We had a blast on our little quick trip before we head back to school and work. The location of this unit was on point. Building C will get you in closer proximity to all the resorts perks. However, the campus is an easy walk at any unit tbh. If I had to squeeze a negative it would the no wash/dryer and bring all your own condiments. Other than those petty things it’s worth the stay.

Wonderful ocean view from the balcony
Second time staying at this condo, the location is perfect n the top floor at the end of the building . As an end unit the condo had additional windows and is this airy and feels spacious. It is a perfect space for a couple or family with small kids. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We love the easy access to the beach and pool. The restaurant on site is a great feature. We will rent again.
