Featuring upgraded LVP floors, a shiplap accent wall, 1 bedroom, 2 bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, a balcony with ocean views and more! You can’t beat the location on the South End of Hilton Head Island close to Coligny Plaza shopping & restaurants and the New Celebration Park. Two Beach Bikes and beach chairs are included! We live on the island, about 10 mins from the villa, and we are always available to help or offer recommendations. We own a few units in the building and manage for others as well. The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. Biking is the most common form of transportation, two bikes are provided for your use. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are all in walking distance. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
