„We expected more for the price as we stayed at cheaper hotels and got more there. The fridge was so loud, we had to switch it off at night. During our 3-day stay, the reception said, that our room gets cleaned on the 2nd day. We only got fresh towels, but the room didn’t get refreshed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better (hair in the bathroom, on the bedside tables, stains on the couch).
