Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The whole experience was awful from the start. Check in involved being harassed by security guards as it transpired that the apartment was for residents only as a sign said no holidaymakers allowed which made us feel like we were complicit in something illegal. A guy showed up with our key cards and just told us to enter and go to our room. Awful first impression. Since then the communications were terrible and it takes about 5 messages from us on WhatsApp each time we had a question for the host to actually respond. We asked for extra sheets, washing detergent and another duvet as the bed was very uncomfortable. The worst communication was around the pool access. After asking how to access the pool and where it was we had to send several follow up messages to finally be told that the timings are 10-4 and that the pool was closed on Mondays which was one of the 3 days we were staying. We thought we’d check out the pool anyway around 5pm and saw the pool was in fact open and didn’t close until late. It was clear the pool was for residents only who had to register and the security guards were rude and kept turning away foreigners who wanted to use the pool or were having too much fun whilst seemingly allowing any natives to do what they wanted. The room was dirty and amenities poor. Overall one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a holiday accommodation.
