„It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon.“

„We were lucky enough to stumble across this vacation rental for my mom‘s 90th birthday party. We stayed there for one week and it was the perfect spot for us. It was quiet, comfortable country and country. I highly recommend and I do plan on staying there again. 😊“

„The owner has this streamlined and has thought of everything. I don't know how often I'll need to stay in Warrensburg (hadn't been since college in 1982 lol) but I definitely will try to book this again if and when I do. „My dad and I traveled to Lees Summit to visit family. We are from the area so it was nice to have a place where others could meet us and visit. The duplex was updated and comfortable. The stairs are steep but the baby gate at the top keeps anyone from an accidental tumble. Doug was great to communicate with and I recommend staying here!“

„The home was remodeled very well. It was quite comfortable and clean. The air condition worked well - and it was hot while we were there. The neighborhood, and the house, are obviously not new but it was quiet, and we had good interactions with the neighbors. Overall - well worth what we spent for the trip.“
