Dene Court is an imposing, spacious Villa located in the heart of this world famous estate and just a stone’s throw from the Sandy Lane Golf and Country Club and less than a five minute drive from the Sandy Lane Property Owners Private Beach Facility.

This is a peaceful private retreat for families or groups of friends with enough space in the lush tropical gardens to find a quiet area to read even when the Villa is fully occupied. Most of the activity however centres around the large outside terrace off the main living room where there is plenty of space for alfresco dining as you overlook the large attractive swimming pool. There is formal dining for the evening in the main house seating up to 10 people.

Inside, the minstrel's gallery is a main feature, off which are four of the bedrooms all with private facilities. The Master bedroom has the additional luxury of a private balcony, large dressing room and a spacious bathroom. There is a further fifth double bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom and it's own private patio.

Set in over an acre of manicured grounds Dene Court is ideal for weddings and entertaining/receptions on a large scale. The large pool situated off the main outdoor terrace provides a very attractive backdrop for photographs and top quality catering can be provided for any type of event.

The house provides good quality staff including a cook, maid, laundress and a night watchman which are included in the rate. The chef is happy to discuss personalised menus for special dietary requirements and will prepare a picnic if necessary.

The property is close to several 5* restaurants on the famous platinum west coast.

This is what a holiday is all about..a beautiful colonial villa with a vast green garden surrounding the pool and outdoor seating areas. Shared with the monkeys! Donna and Shanince waited on us hand and foot and delivered the most delicious food and drink, went shopping for us, kept the place so clean and we even had fresh laundered clothes everyday! Access to a beautiful beach in Sandy Lane from the smart beach club only a 15 minute walk away. Cannot fault this place!

We loved our final week at your gorgeous home when all the family came out to join us. Donna and Shalika looked after us so well, they both had such a good sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble for them. Winston always came and said hello when he arrived and asked how our day had been, such a nice man, All your bedrooms were of a really high standard and Shalika kept them spotless. Laundry was also very quick to come back

Perfect villa in an ideal location for a great family holiday!!!

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday staying at Dene Court. The villa was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own ensuite. The open plan, inside/outside living areas worked so well for us. The pool and surrounding area is stunning and the extensive gardens are beautifully maintained. On arrival we were greeted by Janelle head housekeeper and Liz her helper, Donna the Chef and Winston the night security. They were all so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Janelle runs a tight ship with Liz in tow and was helpful in locating anything we needed. The daily chores and laundary happened as if by magic without fuss. We loved Donna's meals and her sense of fun. She served up anything we requested and introduced us to some delicious Bajan dishes. Winston appeared every evening, he would chat for a while, ask about our day and share information about the Island with us. He never overstayed his welcome. Non of the staff were ever intrusive. We had use of the beautiful Sandy Lane Private Beach area, this was only a 15 minute stroll away through the Sandy Lane Estate. Nancy the owner of Dene court was very efficient in all correspondence we had with her, we actually met her on our last day, she was delightful. We can’t wait to visit Dene Court again and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends.

The Perfect Place!

We just returned from our 12 day stay at Dene Court. We are a family of 9 that included one infant. It's in a great area on the West side of Barbados and the access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach is fabulous. The layout of the home is set up to be very social. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor common areas very much. Plus every bedroom has its own bathroom which adds to the overall comfort and privacy for all. The pool and the the gardens are peaceful and well maintained. So many beautiful flowers. Tree frogs serenade you in the evenings. A few monkeys might turn up to pick mangoes from the trees. A complete Caribbean experience. The staff will take wonderful care of you and make you feel welcome. Janelle, the Head Housekeeper, was so helpful and knowledgeable. The Night Watchmen, Winston, keeps you feeling secure and safe. (Even though we never felt the slightest bit of danger anywhere on the island). Your chef Donna will keep your party fed with amazing gourmet meals you could only find in top restaurants. We could hardly wait to get home to have her meals. She was the true highlight for our stay! Overall we fell in love with Barbados and all its beautiful and friendly people. Dene Court was the perfect place to call home for our unforgettable holiday.
