„This place is wonderful! The man checking me in was friendly and helpful. My room (all rooms?) has an ocean side balcony with chairs, which love. Topsail Island is not full of restaurants (there are a few), so a stop at the grocery store is a good idea. The room does have a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. „Nice place to stay with good amenities. Only complaint I have is the rates for out of season are a little expensive. Reason I’m saying that is the place was empty. I think there may have been one other couple staying there the same time as we were. We did think it was really nice though. “

„This is our 5th year staying at the North Carolina beaches and this was by far the best place yet. It is dog friendly, all sheets and towels are extremely fresh and clean, beds are comfortable, matching glassware, plates, pots, pans etc for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and the views are right on the beach and the sound. There are enough beach chairs and 2 sturdy kahaks to enjoy in the sound. We are definetely looking at staying at this place again next year!! “
