The dining area features a large wooden table that can seat up to 8 people comfortably. The room is filled with natural light, and the windows offer a stunning view of the surrounding area. LIVING ROOM

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa and armchairs, as well as a coffee table and side tables. The reverse floor plan of the house ensures that the living room benefits from plenty of natural light and fresh ocean air.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor area includes a backyard with a gas and charcoal grill for cooking and entertaining, along with beach chairs and toys like boogie boards. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a hammock on the first floor deck to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Additional outdoor seating is available on the deck.

Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
