This property is very unique and has a lot of history in the house itself and also in the carefully curated collection of art and other fun antique artifacts that the owners have decorated it with. The property itself is larger than most Tahoe area lots, and the dog-friendly policy was wonderful for us. „This was a peaceful spot on west shore with two bedrooms -- one for us and one for our kids. The communication with the owner and check in process were as easy as can be. The only constructive note is that some of the cookware was not quite clean (and the tea pot no longer whistles, so pay close attention to your boiling water!). Quick access to multiple resorts allowed for great days on the slopes. The cabin itself was warm and inviting, with fireplaces for that added a special touch.
