„We really enjoyed our holiday in the accommodation. Everything worked great and the communication with the hosts worked very well. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The area is a bit out of Central London but there is everything you need within walking distance (restaurants, cafes, supermarket). The only thing that bothered us a bit was the lack of storage space for clothes. But very good value for money for London.“

„Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.“

„Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). Wunderschöne Lage

"Sehr schön renoviert. Leider hatten wir ein kleines Zimmer. Die Lage ist wunderschön und da wir in Richmond lange beheimatet waren, kommt für uns nur ein Hotel in Richmond in Frage. Egal ob man einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang im Richmondpark macht oder an der Themse entlang spaziert, hier ist es ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Trotzdem ist man schnell mit dem Zug oder der Tube in der Stadt. Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren Gäste im Richmond hill Hotel und freuen uns über den tollen Renovierungsfortschritt. "
