This home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need! If comfort and convenience is what you are seeking then look no further! This location cannot be beaten. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

Nice getaway
We had such a wonderful family getaway. The location and privacy was above our expectations. We couldn’t stop raving about the amazing back porch. We loved it soo much that we opted to stay another night, and the host was generous to accommodate that with no problems. Would definitely recommend, and also will be returning.

It's all about that back porch...comfy chairs and TV
Six family Adults stayed together for a relaxing weekend. It was perfect set up for our sitting around and catching up. And a movie every night! Everything we needed for six was available and clean. I hadn't noticed in article that there are 30 steps down to get into the building. we are 60's and 70's and a couple of bad knees. That would be the only concern I would give for anyone where lots of steps are needed.

Lovely Spot to Be Outdoors
We loved The Bungalow, the amount of amenities for being outside make it an incredible time given good weather. The indoors is a bit compact, but very cozy and nice as well. Do be aware that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is only accessible through another bedroom or an external door to outside and is not directly accessible from the living area. The hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, and incredible patio make this spot special to spend time outdoors! We had a lovely time and would absolutely recommend it for small groups that plan on being outside 😁

Perfect end of summer sendoff!
We stayed at overnight digs over Labor Day weekend. The location was amazing and the house was so cute! The house was perfect for our needs and everything was as the host said it would be. The kids and teens loved hot tub and the kayak! The back patio was the perfect gathering spot for all of us to be together!

Excellent and convenient.
Indoors is small but with everything needed in great condition. Outdoor space is fabulous with a large covered deck,gas fireplace and grill as well as a hot tub. Kayaks are also available. The only thing that I could possibly wish is that the deck had ceiling fans

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood and relaxing property. They had everything that is needed. The property manager gave thorough instructions for checking in and out and responded immediately with any questions I had. The outdoor space is amazing and the indoor space was decorated nicely and very cozy. A great getaway.

Perfect place to relax
This was the perfect little house to hang out and relax. We were initially concerned about all of the steps we had to walk up and down from the road, but they are short steps and easy to maneuver. The beds were very comfortable and we had an abundance of towels and washcloths which isn’t always the case in a VRBO. In fact there was plenty of everything in the house. We spent most of our time on the great patio over looking the water. I felt rested and refreshed when we left.

Time away to relax
Everything about this place was wonderful. The outdoor space was where we spent the majority of our time. Even on the one rainy day, we were on the covered deck watching movies and playing cards. We will definitely be back.
