What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

Wonderful weeklong visit
My two little ones and I spent a week at this property. It was our first time in Hot Springs. We enjoyed this small, cozy, two level cottage on Lake Hamilton. Bottom level = washroom, sleeping area with a main bedroom and another more open room (both have large and extremely comfortable beds) and a full bathroom. Top level = nice kitchen, living area, full bathroom, outside side deck. The steps going to lower level are steep so could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The windows and views of the lake are gorgeous. The hostess, Krissy, is so helpful and immediately responsive to questions. Kitchen is modern and well-stocked and Krissy also has lots of snacks for guests too. She made excellent use of all the cottage space, in terms of warm decor, tons of great lamps and lighting, and other helpful features. There is a small bar counter with two chairs. Since we cook a good portion of our meals while on vacation, we would have preferred a dining table. Other than that, the kids and I swam in the pretty lake every day for hours at a time, and went into the historic part of town several times which is only about 15-20 min away. There is a nice ample sized pool on the property close by but we preferred swimming in the beauty of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this lovely getaway.

Beautiful place!! Love it!!
This cottage by the lake is perfect! Nicely decorated with beautiful views! The host, Krissy was extremely nice and checked on us often to see if we needed anything and to make sure our stay was comfortable. Quaint Cottage with Modern Retro Feel
Comfortable and cozy with a beautiful view from the deck, the living room and the master bedroom. So many windows let in so much light! This older cottage felt like it has been around for generations of "summering" on Lake Hamilton! It has been thoughtfully and charmingly updated and decorated, and it has every modern amenity we could have needed. The master bed was very comfortable. This sweet, well appointed cottage had all the homey touches needed for a great stay, including drinks and snacks! We had great communication with the owner before and during our stay. Loved our stay and we plan to come back and stay again.

This was our base for a college preview day and a Hot Springs visit. Waaaay better than a hotel stay. In fact it would be up there as one of my favorite rentals! Perfect for our group of 4. As soon as you step through the door, you look ahead through a huge picture window at the beautiful lake view from a very open main level room. Morning coffee on the deck, snacks for 2 teens while watching late night movie… cozy, cute, and comfortable nestled in a quiet community. It’s on my “visit again” list. Owner was very keen on details and reached out to us to make sure all was well. Recommend ;) (there are stairs to navigate if that is an issue)

You need to stay here!!!
This is the best VRBO I have stayed in. The location was convenient (and beautiful) and the cottage would be great for a weekend away for 2 couples. The communication with the host was absolutely incredible and she was so responsive if we ever had questions. No detail was missed! She provided every amenity you could need, and then some. The explanation of location and parking was extremely detailed as well. 10/10!

First time in Hot Springs
If you want to feel at home this is the place to stay. The cottage is clean and fully stocked with everything you need plus the lake view is stunning. Great location/safe neighborhood- just a short drive from downtown and hiking trails. Krissy the owner was fabulous. Excellent communication. Guests should know that the property is older so don’t expect anything fancy. The stairs to the get downstairs are very steep. It would be difficult if you have mobility issues. The beds and linens are very comfortable so that is always a plus! Overall we are so glad that we chose this property versus a hotel in the area.

Birthday Weekend
This was a last minute trip for my 61st birthday. Krissy’s cottage caught my eye. It was even better in person. Cozy with a gorgeous view. I was up earlier than my daughter and granddaughter and enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and taking in the sounds of the lake, the birds, and the geese. We all loved the cottage! Hopefully we will return! Loved Hot Springs as well!

Worthy of all the praise!
If you're adventurous or simply laid back, this is the place for you. If you like bringing food to cook and not having to bring all the necessities that comes along with meal preparation, this is the place for you. You name it...it's already stocked with plenty of snacks & treats. I could tell there is a lot of love poured into Krissy's cottage. Just book and experience the mystique aura of this place...You won't be disappointed. My only problem was not having enough time to experience everything about this rental. I'll be back!!

Bluebird Cottage
Absolutely precious cottage. Close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. Krissy has done an amazing job making sure you have everything you need. Our family was able to enjoy the bluebirds feeding their hatchlings from the master bedroom window. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake where we witnessed a double rainbow. We will be back!
