From your cabin’s front porch, your view of red canyon walls, rolling hills, and meandering streets sits beneath you, framed by wide-open skies. The cabin is designed to offer both comfort and convenience, It includes:

- Free high-speed fiber optic internet
- 55" smart TV w/ surround sound, Netflix, and other streaming options
- White-noise machine
- Qi charger
- Pots, pans, knives, etc. for cooking
- Sea salt, pepper grinder, common spices, and olive oil
- Keurig w/ k-cups, coffee grinder, French press, coffee beans and grounds
- Gas fire pit w/ Adirondack chairs
- Gas bbq grill w/ bbq tools
- Picnic table
- Hammock (in warm months)
- Complimentary welcome snacks (gluten-free & canola free)
- Bottle water and PUR water filters on kitchen faucet
- Bathroom with tub, shower, and comfy towels
- Quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps

The attached bathroom offers privacy, while the large windows allow you to enjoy the views from every angle. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises, or stargazing in the evening, Sunrise Cabin is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the Black Hills.

Out back, you’ll find a private hammock, ideal for an afternoon nap or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Fire up the grill for a casual dinner, or gather around your private gas fire pit as the sun sets and the sky turns vivid shades of pink and orange. If you’re feeling social, a shared wood fire pit is available nearby, perfect for roasting marshmallows or sharing stories under the stars.

Surrounded by 12.5 acres of stunning natural beauty, Sunrise Cabin is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, wild turkeys, and rabbits, which you may spot right from your cabin window. Sunrise Cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with baseboard heating for cooler evenings, and easy access to shared resort amenities like laundry, a picnic area, and yard games. The cabin and its surrounding yard are completely private to you during your stay, ensuring that you have all the space and solitude you need.

Hot Springs is a peaceful town that’s perfect for strolling, biking, or driving, but when you stay at Sunrise Cabin, you'll feel as though you've stepped into a world of your own.

NOTE: The window AC unit is installed on May 1 and removed by October 15, weather permitting.
No pets or service animals allowed (due to allergies).
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please respect quiet hours.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please wash your dishes (and roasting sticks) and put them away where you found them.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premise.

*If you bring a pet you will be fined $275 to cover pet fees and additional cleaning (the host is allergic to pets).
