Top of the Mountain Escape

Get away from the hustle and bustle at the very top of Mt. Riante! This amazing home offers unprecedented views of Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. We have four king bedrooms, as well as four queen custom built bunkbeds. Our theater and arcade room has a foos ball table, four arcade games, reclining theater seating for 12, as well as a super comfy couch! We have cable TV, as well as streaming capabilities in each bedroom, and on a clear night, you can view the stars with our telescope. We would love to host you, and help you make picture perfect memories in our home!

FANTASTIC PLACE
This place was one of my most favorite stays! Very spacious and comfortable and never got bored even being stuck there for 4 days because of the snow. We will definitely be back here for another girl trip. The host was also great to work with. Thank you!!

Christmas Vacation
We had our family vacation at this Mt Riante property and it was amazing! We had 17 people,and never felt crowded! The theatre room/game room was a huge hit with the teens/young adults, as well as the hot tub. Kristi was an excellent host and communicated promptly with any questions I had. We will definitely keep this property in our list of family destinations and hope to visit again soon!

Family of 17, elders, middle age, teens, and children. We had a wonderful time. The house was more than perfect. Very spacious clean with beautiful sunrise views. Actually larger than we expected. The host was equally exceptional in communication. Only 30 mins from Magic Springs. Will rebook for next year.

The view is not the only breathtaking thing
We had a family reunion with my wife’s 2 brothers and their spouses and family. We traveled from Texas Arkansas and North Carolina to come together at this beautiful location. The house is not done justice in the pictures. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was very well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoy cooking and so many times in rentals you get hand me down dishes and cookware. This was not the case. Everything was of very good quality and actually provided bigger cookware to cook for groups. The kids loved the theater room and spent most of their time down there. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and look forward to possibly coming back in the future. Management was easily reached and responded quickly with any questions we had.

The house is everything as advertised and more! Spectacular views, plenty of outside seating, comfy dining room chairs, kitchen is well stocked, and lots of space! We loved the downstairs game room with theatre seating for 12. Great communication with hosts, easy check in. Our group is ready to book for next year!

My family had so much fun at this place. We had movie night every night in the home theatre which had an amazing sound system and reclining chairs. The kids loved the arcade games and foosball table. The place was clean and comfortable with plenty of blankets. I think my kids liked the VRBO more than hot springs itself. My only complaint is the kitchen is not well stocked or prepared to actually use. There was coffee only for two of our 4 night stay. There was no basic condiments such as cooking spray to make pancakes in the morning. For as much as the stay cost, I would have expected some basics at the least.

Family Weekend
It was the perfect place for our family weekend. We were able to enjoy all that Hot Springs had to offer. And, when we weren’t doing the tourist thing the home layout offered a little bit of everything: cooking together, playing family games, watching movies, and admiring the awesome sunrises from the decks. Perfect house, perfect location 😍
This place has everything you will need. The hosts thought of everything, from entertainment to comfortable blankets in the theater room, to a telescope. Views of both sides of the mountain and each room has a gorgeous view and thoughtful design. 10/10 can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home with AMAZING views!!
This home is absolutely beautiful! We usually travel as a large family group ages ranging from 5-80 and this house accommodated everyone! The downstairs area with the movie theater, games and bunk beds was perfect for all of the children! They loved it!! Each bedroom has a large bed and beautiful outside views! The owner was very communicative and always answered each time we had a question. It was so nice to wake up in a cloud! Would stay again!

Beautiful, Entertaining and Well Equipped
Five families from Virginia and Texas united here in our ancestral hometown of Hot Springs. We had a ball. It was clean, the open kitchen and family area are ideal for lounging and hanging out together. And the downstairs theater area was perfect for our annual talent show. We laughed a lot and was just able to focus on each other. Did I say that we had a ball? We did.
