„Zimmer in gutem Zustand, Bett bequem, AC leise. Leider kein Wifi im Zimmer (nur im öffentlichen Bereich). Das Hotel liegt ca 5 Minuten Fußmarsch vom Strand entfernt. Positiv war das Angebot die Gäste kostenlos morgends und mittags zu verschiedenen Stränden zu fahren. Dort konnte man segeln, Kajak fahren, schnorcheln oder entspannten. Am besten hat mir der Cape Santa Maria Beach gefallen. Auch kostenlose Fahrräder waren vorhanden. Nur für das Ausleihen der Schnorchelausrüstung musste man zahlen. ...

„My family consisting of my husband, 2 adult daughters (27 & 19) and their fiancé/boyfriend and 2 teen daughters (16 & 14) absolutory loved staying at Rock Hill and would not hesitate to do so again. The property is spacious and has a beautiful view, though you do have to make a short drive to enjoy truly swimmable beaches. The Moonshine Bar is great for an afternoon snack and a frozen beverage...enjoyed almost daily by our entire party. They also have some fun weekly rum parties with music and ...

The owner, Bill and the house manager, Karin were great at communicating and made sure our stay was very comfortable. „Set high on one of the higher hills on Long Island, the Tennis villa has great views to the ocean in the east and the bay to the west while Long Island stretches out in front. The house itself is simple, comfortable and pleasant. It should be noted that the house was advertised as having two bathrooms, when in fact it has one divided into two rooms (one toilet and one shower).“

„Stove and oven not working and leaked propane. Refrigerator and freezer not working. Dishwasher not working. No internet. No microwave. So we were unable to heat or chill our food. Locked out of half the house. Everything old and rusted. Manager and owner were apologetic and nice. Not a reasonable place to stay. Sorry.“

„First off, the communication with the owner was great. Right from the start Patrick was letting us know about the property and the island. We were allowed to check in upon arrival to the island since no one was before us, which was great. Unfortunately the flight was 4 hours late. „Our family had an amazing time at this vacation rental, which has its own private beachfront access. The property is well maintained, spacious and was so comfortable for our family of 4. We would play on the sandy beach, go kayaking (which is provided) and go snorkelling almost every day.
