„Stayed here for November long weekend for our annual girls trip. The space was next level amazing. Every small detail thought of, comfortable beds, enough essentials to not have to worry about finding things, a living room where we could all fit and enjoy one another's company. „This location is so perfect for a get away to Quadra. It was close to all the major trails so getting there was so easy. The view from the property is amazing. We sat on the chairs in the yard and just watched the activities on the water . Ian and Julie were great. The communication from start to finish was first class. We will stay with them again.“

„Pros. Lots of space. Accommodating host. Family friendly bike trails on property. Bike shop on property with helpful owner and staff. Cons. Carpet in house needs replacement or professional cleaning. We washed some of our bedding as it had a funk. Island bike network very very rustic.“

„Beautiful home with great view of Heriot Bay. We stayed in same house last year. Tina has made a number of improvements to an already beautiful house. Patio really nice with great view. No laundry or hot tub available due to island water restrictions, but not really an issue. Definitely recommend “

„The place is even better than advertised. It's location is close to many great amenities on Cortes, including fairly close to the ferry, the grocery and a nice, dockside restaurant. Sue was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, always highly responsive. Really, this place is so great I'd like to keep it a secret so we can easily book for years to come. „Das Hotel hat Potenzial. Es scheint aber seine besten Zeiten hinter sich zu haben. Es braucht nicht viel, und der Glanz wäre wieder da. Verbessern müsste man die Rezeption (optisch und personell). Der erste Eindruck ist eben schon entscheidend! Auch der Service in der Bar/im Restaurant war nur mässig… schade, das Essen war nämlich sehr lecker! Hervorheben möchte ich die Gartenanlage. Die war in einem top Zustand! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist toll! “

„What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.“

„I can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts. We had an amazing one week stay here. A great deal of thought has went into this very new property. The layout maximizes the view, the light and privacy. Everything in it shows the care with which it has been appointed. The furniture, bed and bedding are all excellent. „The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.“

„A beautiful property in a beautiful setting - the lovely photograph does not do the property justice. It is a fantastic spot with lots of wildlife to watch from the balcony. The property has every amenity you could want and more. It is very comfortable and luxurious.
