„Perfect Safe Clean and Comfortable“

„Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The closest crossover to the beach was closed so we had to go further down the street a few blocks. The owner communicated this, just be aware the levee is being repaired so not ALL crossovers or usable. There’s plenty of parking but the driveway could use some fresh gravel. Big potholes and mud. We gave the bottom of the camp a good clean off with the available hose and there’s still trash scattered in the Marsh near the camp from the Hurricane. Not sure whose ...

„Stayed here on way to Florida for a few nights. Very easy check in process. Pups loved it and dog park near by. The place is adorable, clean, updated and perfect for a couple. Very Walkable to coffee and trolley. Neighborhood is so quaint. Will stay again if we make it back to NOLA“

„Everything was perfect except for the AC. Obviously it’s the hottest time of the year but the multiple AC units placed around the unit were struggling to keep up with the heat. It was hot in the camp during the day but cooled down to around 72degrees but the time we went to bed. It was fine, but could be improved. Other than that 1 small complaint, the place met all of our expectations.“

„Property as described and as pictured. Only wished the A/C had been turned down prior to our arrival. It was a typical South Louisiana June day and weather and it took a while to cool down the camp. Also needs blinds on the 3 windows in kitchen/dining. Other then that a great place with a great location to the Coco Marina!!“

„The location cannot be beat. The views of the bay and the beautiful sunsets are priceless. The kids especially loved seeing the dolphins and pelicans from the porch. We were a large group and the huge amount of living space and private baths were appreciated. To top it all off the owner was always quick to respond for any question (from right after booking to the end of our stay) and couldn’t have been nicer. We look forward to making this a tradition.“

„The property was very nice, and in a great neighborgood with nearby restaurants/shops, but it was a little remote for sightseeing. Even though the trolley is only 1/4 mile away, the ride to the French Quarter was a bit long at 30-40 minutes with all of the stops. Although there are 4 bathrooms, 1 did not have a toilet, and only one was accessible without going through a bedroom. Air conditioning worked well, but units were a bit noisy for light sleepers, and thermostats for 2 of the rooms were ...
