Amazing
Location of property was near everyything my friends and I had planned for the weekend. Check in was quick and easy and the host was so responsive. We had one incident while at the property and it was taken care of right away. Overall our stay was great and I've recommended this property to friends wth trips to Houston.

Always a smooth stay
I’ve stayed there twice and it always easy and smooth. He’s flexible with check i. And check out. I left some clothes there and was able to get them back very quickly and easily. Love the location it’s so quiet and peaceful.

Great place for Medical Visit to Houston
The house was clean and comfortable. (Especially the beds…they were so comfortable and the sheets and towels felt clean and soft.) We went there to go to MD Anderson and it wasn’t too far and there was enough room for 3 adults. (Me, my dad, and my aunt). So, we all needed separate beds, but to also have our own rooms was such a luxury. Things you should know, backing in the driveway is a little tricky and the gate is pretty fussy to deal with. The neighborhood is sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues. And it was very quiet with the exception of the rooster next door. He had a pretty early wake up schedule. It was kind of cute. But he definitely wants to wake everyone up.

Nice clean house
I visited Houston with my adult son. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes away from downtown or medical center. Both easily accessible if we wanted to use our car or take an uber if we wanted to go out in the evening. The house was clean and had everything you need. The owner was very responsive. I would stay again!

Great Budget Friendly Rental
Loved this place! Great location! Quiet and peaceful (even with the rooster 😁). Kitchen was stocked well with basics and appliances. I loved the coffee setup and I really enjoyed having my coffee in the mornings on the porch. The beds are amazing, I slept so well. The smart TVs and mirrors were perfect touches! There was a little insect issue but it honestly wasn’t a big deal! I would absolutely stay here again, I had such a chill and fun stay!

So glad that the accommodations were more then i expected. Nice cozy clean home right by the hwy! Price was perfect and it was gated! Host was more then helpful n made my 1st trip to houston 1 to remember. Will be renting again soon!

1st time house rental
They place was as described. The host was amazing and responded very promptly whenever I rang. The house is in a great location, close vicinity to popular places in the area. My 16yr old son enjoyed his 1st trip to Houston and 1st time in a rental house for vacation. If we are ever in the area again, this will definitely be my go to.

This house was perfect for my little family. The boys loved having their own rooms. The rooms are very large and the beds were so comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was cute (we didn't use it) Would have LOVED a long mirror in the master bedroom on a wall. Overall it was very clean. A few things needed extra attention but for a VRBO I was happy with what we booked. Loved that he host told us ahead of time to back into the driveaway. Really loved that you can close the gate to hide your vehicle. The roads are rough and lots of people park in the street and with the narrow roads it makes for interesting movement to get into the driveway. The rooster in the neighborhood that started at 530AM was pretty funny to hear in Houston.
