Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in an elegant entryway, setting the tone for the exquisite spaces that lie ahead.
To your left, the sophisticated dining room beckons, while a straight path guides you to the inviting living room. Here, plush comfort is embodied by a leather couch, complemented by two tasteful accent chairs, all oriented around a 58" Smart TV. Immerse yourself in your preferred entertainment from streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more. A convenient half bath is located on the opposite side of the staircase.
Adjacent to the living room, the breakfast room welcomes you with seating for six at a round table. The adjoining high-end luxury kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting quartz countertops, a generously sized undermount sink with a pull-down sprayer faucet, an array of cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. Lakes of Fairfield is a neighborhood situated on the northwest side of Houston in Cypress TX. The area offers a small town feel away from the busy inner city, but close to major conveniences of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Fairfield has many amenities including paved trails, lakes, parks, and the Fairfield Athletic Club.
The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 290 and TX-99 Grand Parkway located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.
Access to shopping and grocery stores in Cypress are only a 5 minute drive away. Cypress offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, restaurants, golf courses, breweries and parks. Check out the horse racing at the Sam Houston Race Park or take your companion or kids to one of many local parks and preserves.
