This inviting 2-bedroom suite offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private full bathroom and a fun game room. You'll have the entire upper floor to yourself, located in a peaceful neighborhood in Katy, TX. The house features high-speed internet, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking.

Your stay includes essentials such as towels, soap, and shampoo, so you can travel light. The suite is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee machine, and a 50" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu for your entertainment. The two cozy bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds, and we can provide an extra twin foldable mattress upon request.

For outdoor activities, there's a 3/4-mile running trail right behind the house. You'll also be just 5 minutes away from Walmart, HEB (groceries), and only 10 minutes from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas Waterpark. If you're up for a short drive, Houston is a quick 30-minute trip where you can explore popular spots like NRG Stadium, the Houston Zoo, the Museum of Natural History, and much more. Plus, Galveston is just about 1 hour and 15 minutes away for a fun beach day.
