It's less than 5 mins from the Galleria Mall and ideal for business travel, fantastic bar and nightlife, restaurants, parks and family activities. It is 10 mins from NRG, Medical Center, Downtown, Midtown and much more.

Other Things to Note:
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.

Please be aware that a refundable deposit of $350 will be required after booking. This incidental charge is in place to cover any potential issues related to items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded once everything is confirmed in good condition.
