„We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch ...

„Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week.“
