„We had a great experience! The cabin was very clean inside and around the area. You just need to be mindful when using hot water. We stayed for 2 nights with our 5-year-old son, and he loved the opportunity to run around in the woods and collect small logs for the fire. It’s really quiet there, perfect for relaxing. „Everything was amazing, the house was beautiful and clean, the jacuzzi was the highlight of the day, we made a delicious BBQ and watched movies from the 00s in the huge TV in the living room. I would 100% stay at Phillips place again!“

„The property owner was responsive and accommodating. There was an ice storm during our stay and he checked in on us a couple times. The house was clean and well maintained. It is perfectly located a short drive to Woodstock, hiking trails, and the town of Phoenicia. We are already planning our next stay!“

„We stayed in this lovely home for a Thanksgiving trip with 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to have such a full kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving feast. The house is stunning, nicer than the photos, and in a beautiful setting. The hosts replied immediately to our queries. Thank you for a wonderful trip.“

„We had a great weekend escape from NYC and enjoyed skiing during the day and enjoying the beautiful fireplace at night. The host was extremely attentive and responsive and made sure the driveway was properly cleared so we could get in and out. Charming decoration and very cozy vibe!“

„The condo was lovely, exactly as advertised. I took two of my teens on a two day ski trip and we had a great time. The only complaint I have, and this is beyond the owner's control, is that the upstairs neighbors were stomping and running around throughout the night, until 5am when I had to find a broom and bang on the ceiling to 'ask' them to stop. Thankful to have found the broom, shouldn't have waited till 5am to use it ;)“

„The property was very nice and clean, very conveniently located. It faces away from the road so there's no noise. It's well heated and our stay was very comfortable. It is a studio efficiency. It was comfortable for our winter stay.“

„We had a great time during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with a nice little market about 5 minutes away. Proximity to Windham mountain was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!“

"Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. Even though the location is outside of Manhattan, the metropolis can be reached within 30 minutes by train. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. The breakfast is typically American. Wholemeal rolls or wholemeal bread, cheese and sausage were missing, which is standard in Europe. A small addition would be recommended here. A clear advantage is the shopping mall around the hotel. Food such as water, sweets etc. can be bought in the nearby supermarket. Compared to Manhattan, the quiet location is simply fantastic for unwinding after an exciting day in big apple. I am simply happy to be able to stay in this hotel. Gladly again :-)"

"Hotel in Middletown, einem Ort der mehr für die Durchreise geeignet ist. Am Wochenende eingecheckt, daher relativ hohe Preise, dafür sauber, freundlich. Pool vorhanden, Continental Breakfast mit einigermaßen gehobener Auswahl."
