Wonderful vacation, beautiful property
We enjoyed our stay in Palmas del Mar, Crescent Cove Villa. Jay was hospitable and quick to answer our questions. The villa is spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The Palmas del Mar complex had wonderful restaurants to visit. We spent 13 days in PR and can't wait to visit the island again. We especially enjoyed the fact that the two main bedrooms both had bathrooms attached as we were traveling with another couple. The pool was wonderful for our nightly swims as well. Thank you Jay for your hospitality and quick responses.

Great location on the beach
The gated community where the villa was located, was well situated on the island. We were easily able to drive to the El Yunque rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, Old San Juan, and diving/snorkeling trips in Fajardo from this area. The community also has some great restaurants which were really convenient. The Complex itself was very nice and right on the beach. We loved the shaded area by the pool. Our unit was well equipped for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, nice big dining table, huge television, half bath on main floor was helpful, darkening shades on the windows helped us sleep and we loved the rooftop patio, especially at night. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and lots of bath and beach towels available. We also appreciated the folding beach chairs. The owner was super responsive and awesome to work with. We had just a couple of maintenance issues that probably need a look. The third floor air conditioner was super unpredictable and would just randomly turn off no matter how we set it. The balcony door on the main floor was super hard to open and close. An alarm on the main refrigerator in the kitchen kept going off to tell us the temperature was too warm, so we had to use the smaller refrigerators for meat and dairy. None of these were a super big deal, but probably need a little maintenance. Overall we had a great trip. We would stay there again.

Perfect family location
We spent a week at this lovely property with our 3 children, plenty of space for all of us, very comfortable Each bedroom has its own AC which allowed us to sleep in the heat! Absolutely gorgeous sunrises from the 3rd floor balcony and beach. The property is very quiet perfectly for families with little ones. The pool was great for our 5 year old, felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. Although there were tons of people out in the ocean, there was a rip current advisory for the island, so we utilized the pool more than we normally would. We rented golf carts from Target and cruised around the community, it was an absolute blast. I also recommend you take a trip over to Vieques, we had a blast there as well, only a short ferry ride from Ceiba! The wild horses and snorkeling were incredible!

Wonderful Stay!!
The location is absolutely beautiful!!! To wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves was just amazing and peaceful!! The pool is also great, love that it’s not too deep which makes it safer for the kiddos, in addition you can just lay peacefully and get a tan!! Not too far (4 minutes) there is a plaza, which has a great little food market (open late), yogurt spot, and several restaurants with great food!!! There was also a local fresh fish market very close by and a Walmart too. Jay was very attentive to our needs and overall was very pleasant!!! The rental property was very spacious and had all that was needed for my family of 5 and more. We look forward to staying here again!! Thanks you Jay!

Outstanding Stay and Outstanding Communication
Words cannot describe how impressed my family and I were of the Villa. The Host (Jay) decoration of the Villa ensured that guests needs are met. The place is beautiful and the descriptions of it and the beach is 100% accurate. Communication was also great… from the time of booking to the arrival on the island, Jay was always a text away. He provided us with several recommendations and made sure that all of our needs were met. I would definitely use Jay and his Villa again.

Perfect family vacation
This Villa was perfect for our family of 8. It has amazing view to the beach and it is very close to the pool. My kids and grandkids had a great time. The Villa is very clean. Jay and Ashley were great hosts. They thought of everything. We had a cooler for the beach, noodles for the pool, kids toys for the sand. Very impressed. The view alone was worth it
Waking up every morning to the incredible views was the highlight of the trip. The rental was clean and a perfect fit for our family 6 with teenagers and young adults. Jay was helpful with recommendations and quickly responding to any hiccup with the rental. The proximity to the pool and ocean was and added bonus. Great place, great location, great hosts
The location was about 30 meters from the beach with awesome views, as advertised. The area was perfect and easy to get around. And...the resort was not at all crowded. The hosts were super responsive, answering any questions immediately. There was a small issue with air conditioning that the hosts had fixed within hours of knowing about the problem. They welcomed any questions and made sure everything was in order with us. We will be coming back to stay. Definitely recommend this place!
