„Outside building needs a little touch up but do not let that fool you. Julio place is very clean.Everything you need is there from kitchen pots to chair and umbrella for the beach. Very quiet street and close to restaurant,shopping and the Kioskos. Cooler was nice too. Thank You“

„Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the rooftop and the three pools. The property is well manicured and with security on site, safe. The beach is pristine and largely empty. The stray dogs on the beach were cute. Unfortunately Loíza was hard hit by the hurricane and pandemic and has not seemed to have recovered. It was difficult to find a restaurant in town. „Great place to stay. We were there for 4 days. The amenities were fantastic with a fantastic pool and beach access steps away. I was surprised there was only one wall unit AC in the apartment but after we turned it on and waited a while. We found it was able to keep the entire apartment cool. I do wish it was turned on in advance of our arrival. After a long day of flights and traveling its always nice to walk in to a cool room. „I had a wonderful time staying at Eric & Sheila's lovely beach front property! Their home was beautifully decorated and they carefully considered the needs of their guests. I enjoyed watching the sun rise from their balcony in the morning, sunbathing on the sands of Playa Azul in the afternoon and grabbing a Pina Colada from one of the "Kioskos" nearby in the evening. „Pros:My partner and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The pictures does not do justice to the place. This place has everything seating areas, TVs, extremely soft bed (if the bed is too soft the pullout is nice too) Beautiful views, nice kitchen that has all the basics of what you need plus some stuff that was not used by previous guest ( laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner (it's better to go to the store for supplies until after you check in.) there is also beach chairs, and ...
