1st Bedroom: Experience restful nights on a plush queen-sized bed.
2nd Bedroom: Drift off into dreamland on a luxurious king-sized bed.
3rd Bedroom: Perfect for friends or family, this room offers two cozy queen-sized beds.

★Bathroom: Enjoy a full bathroom, equipped with all the essentials to start and end your day refreshed.

★Kitchen: Our fully renovated kitchen (2022) is a culinary haven, complete with everything you need to whip up and serve your favorite meals.

★Backyard: Unwind and soak in the outdoors in our lovely backyard, a perfect spot for relaxation and tranquility.

Additional Notes:
-Please note that the house have steep stairs, which may require extra caution.

Please note that there is just one bathroom at the house, which is on the first level. If your group size exceeds 7, timing with showers and the available hot water could be limited if all showers are taken back-to-back. We do have extra mirrors in the home for getting ready!

-Maximum 8 overnight guests
-This home has one full bathroom.
-Game room max occupancy: 16 Daytime guests
-We share a drive with the neighbors. Parking is limited to 3 cars directly in front of the garage. Additional vehicles may park at nearby public parking so we do not block the neighbor's drive.

We kindly ask for your consideration of our great neighbors and future guests. In the rare case of disturbance to the neighborhood, you may be asked to leave.
