Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay. Discreetly shielded by the main home, the cottage bolsters your privacy. A smart lock facilitates easy check-in. Abundant parking space is available both on the premises and in the nearby free street parking, accommodating multiple vehicles or long road trip stopovers.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet. Not a busy street. Neighbors on either side of the home are nice and polite. Neighbors do have dogs and roosters in their backyards that bark and crock when they see or hear movement on the back street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the rear next to this unit. We extended the driveway to fit multiple cars as well as trucks with boats.

Other Things to Note:
Our delightful neighborhood houses friendly and polite neighbors. A few furry friends, dogs and roosters, live in the adjacent homes, adding an authentic Decatur charm. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquility of the ambiance.

Our location places us in proximity to some of Decatur's most beloved parks and cultural sites. Point Mallard Park, Delano Park, and the Cook Museum of Natural Science are a stone's throw away. Winter promises enchanting snowy walks through the bustling Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center or Rhodes Ferry Park.
