"Wir waren 2 Nächte im Sand Hollow Resort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind mehr als reichlich vorhanden. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel eignet sich super, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Auch Hurricane selbst ist richtig schön. Die Leute waren durchwegs freundlich."

"Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der Duft beim Hinwingehen in das Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer wie auch Pool und Das gesamte Hotelsind in einem sehr guten modernen Zustand. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig."

Great place to explore Zion

"We were traveling with two adult kids and had a room with two beds. There was also a kitchenette with a huge fridge and an ice maker and a microwave (however no utensils). The room had a good size so that we did not feel cramped despite the large amount of luggage. Taken together our overall experience was very positive. However, we did have a bad experience when checking in. There had been some problem with our booking (we had chosen a room with two beds but only entered 2 adults instead of 4). When we entered the room we were given, there was only one bed. We went back to the reception and asked for a room with two beds. The receptionist said that we had only booked a room with one bed. He did not offer us any help (not even suggesting that we could book an additional room) and told us that we had to call hotels.com. Only once hotels.com told him that he had to upgrade us and charge us for the two bed room did he do it. All the while he was very unfriendly and completely unhelpful. "
