„The hotel/resort was fine. The rooms were very nice. If there is one thing I cannot stand, is being nickel & dimed. They charge extra to use bicycles for the day. They charge a "resort fee." Lastly, they pester you to participate in a sales pitch to buy a time share. “

„I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind. I would have gone to a quiet beach if I was concerned about noise. The level of security was great! You needed a code to enter the building and another code once you entered the elevator in order for it to go up to the floor of the hotel rooms. „Das Appartement war super, sauber und perfekt gelegen. Die ganze Prozedur mit der App und der Registrierung dauerte leider etwa zehn Mal so lange wie ein normaler Check-in in einem Hotel. Zudem sind die ganzen Bedingungen welche man bei der App akzeptieren muss um sie zu nutzen, aus meiner Sicht eine Frechheit. Ich hoffendes der Anbieter hier noch nachbessert.“

„We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend! “

„We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.“

„I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else ...

„Das gebuchte Apartment war nicht wie die Bilder versprachen. Kleiner Garten mitten auf dem Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße mit 2 verschlissenen Liegen. Wohnung dunkel und behindertengerecht, wurde von uns abgelehnt. Alternativzimmer im Desoto Beach Hotel weit besser. Balkon zum Parkplatz, aber das Meer zu sehen. Cleaning beschränkte sich auf Papierkorb leeren und neue Handtücher und das auch erst am 2. Tag. Gegend relativ ruhig, wenig Shops und Restaurants. Frühstück ok, aber nichts frisches. ...
