South Beach Milna is a 3-storey detached house, but the accommodation is laid out over the upper two floors (the lower floor contains only the garage and laundry area). A staircase on the left side takes one up to the main entrance, which opens immediately into the extremely spacious open-plan living and dining area, and the well-equipped kitchen. The white walls and terracotta tiled floors are lit up by a series of large glass doors that open onto the outdoor seaview terrace and bring in the views, creating an airy, luminous and calming atmosphere.

Whether you're lounging on the sofa or rustling up lunch, you'll get to look at the sea. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects with a huge sliding glass door to the cosy courtyard, shaded by olive trees, which provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying a barbecue dinner.

A large white staircase leads from behind the kitchen area to the upper floor, where you will find a voluminous hallway flowing to three bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite shower room, and direct access to the panoramic upper terrace that faces the sea. The second bedroom contains a double bed and also opens onto the superb upper terrace, sharing the upstairs bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs features two bunk beds, so is ideal for up to four children sharing, and features a small, rear-facing terrace.

To reach the fourth and final bedroom, we must travel back to the main door downstairs as it is accessed via a separate entrance. Steps across the courtyard, this double bedroom with ensuite shower room is ideal for those seeking extra privacy or who are likely to retire from the night’s activities a little earlier.

Directly in front of the house is a rocky sea access point, where you will be able to dive into the clear waters of the Adriatic within a minute of leaving the house. For those chartering a boat, a private boat mooring spot right in front of the villa will be made available for you.

A leisurely stroll down Milna’s promenade and you can take advantage of famous Milna Beach, the beach bars serving refreshments and light lunches, and renting out kayaks and other water sports equipment. Turn left from the house, and you will discover more secluded coves to explore.
