„If you want a get away from the city this is the place. You have a beautiful pond, beautiful view and farm life all in one. The house is small and cozy. Only down fall is the smell of the water in the house. Very high sulfur smell made it unbearable to use, but owner states it is clean and filter will be added soon.We did have some troubles with locking the front door, and ofc there are a ton of bugs. „What a beautiful location! Very quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and very well stocked. Ww had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfy and there were extra blankets and pillows. Seems they thought of everything including a basket of things for pets. I've stayed here before and will stay here again! “

„Was not adequate for our situation. When stating sleeping arrangements, air beds are not beds for adults. Water leaked into cracks in logs in dining area when it rained real hard. Not enough towels. and TP. Parking was generous though.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was a great base camp for exploring Garden City and visiting the lake. The access to Ideal Beach was perfect! Our kids loved playing on the playgrounds and swings when we weren't in the water. The house offered a good amount of space for the family to not feel stir crazy. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the covered porch and in the private hot tub. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! “

„We had a family vacation with 20 people at the Bearadice and had a very enjoyable stay. The place is in need of some exterior maintenance and upkeep, but the inside was in good condition, and we enjoyed being there. The biggest issue we had was that the yard isn't in great shape, but the place next door has a very nice yard with playground equipment an pickleball court so our kids always wanted to go over there.
